You will not believe your eyes!
The male person brought us a present.
A BIG present.
A great big pile of wood!
Can you believe it?
Isn't he wonderful?
All for us!
WHAT?!
It's not for US?!
How can that be?
It's to cut up to heat the yurt in winter?!
What a waste of good wood.
Until he gets to it in his "spare time" we goats are going to enjoy the tasty bark.
Especially little Rudy.
He really enjoyed it.
He climbed right up to the top.
It didn't matter that he is the smallest goat on the Farm.
He was going to be King of the wood pile!
He has his nibbling skills down pat.
He knows good bark when he eats it!
Even if sometimes it looks like he might fall right off the pile!
He never did!
He is a sure-hooved little goat!
He even did some stretching up there.
He takes after his grandnanny for sure!
We ALL enjoyed that big pile of wood, you will see.

A Surprise Director for Movies with the Happy Goats
As you know the publicist has been showing more Movies with the Happy Goats.
We are all glad that you like to see us star in the movies.
She was filming one the other day and a new director stepped erm, up.
If you cannot see the movie you can view it on YouTube HERE
Well, what do you think?
Is this new director better?
Is this new director crazy?
Is the publicist crazy?
You never know what is going to go on around this Farm do you?
That silly cat just jumped right up on the publicist's shoulder.
She was a little bit surprised!

Our Day on the Wood Pile
It was so wonderful.
We all remember it fondly.
WE WANT ANOTHER ONE.
The bark is so tasty.
Somegoats like to butt the wood but I am not maaaaaing any names.
We are so glad the male person cut all of this wood for us to munch.
Wasn't that nice of him?
What do you mean he did not cut all of this wood for us goats?
What other reason could there be?
HE'S GOING TO BURN IT?!
How could he do that to us?!
How could he BURN perfectly good wood?
I do not understand this.
Humans are crazy!
He would take food from the mouths of kids?!
What kind of male person is he?

I Refuse to Discuss the Snow
If I do not maaaa about it, it does not exist.
Right?
So therefore I give you kids on a wood pile.
They go up.
They go down.
They run all around!
They leap! They fly!
They have FUN!
Don't they?
Right?

I Take Care of the SPY
It was a nice day on the Farm.
One of the last nice days were going to have before Winter rears its ugly head.
SNOW is coming this weekend!
The publicist decided to let us run around the Farm for a bit to give us some freedom.
It was the last big graze of the year.
It was the twins first graze!
There will be more pictures over the next few days but first I had to be a ProtectorGoat.
There was a SPY.
It's true!
And I, Pricilla would take care of it.
Just look!
Look at that SPY watching us goats as we munched on the yummy wood pile.
Do you see the SPY?
It's Sherpa the Farm cat!
He does not belong there.
It's goat time!
He was watching Bruce and Clarence!
Do you think he was thinking of goat dinner?
I was NOT going to let that happen!
I charged right over there to let that Sherpa know that he was NOT welcome!
I maaaaaed at him that he had better skeedaddle if he wanted to stay on the ground.
(I have sent cats flying in the past and I would do it again!)
He was smart!
He left.
Bruce and Clarence were safe!
I am a good great grandnanny spybustergoat!

We Work HARD!
As Abby mentioned in her AbbyDay post the publicist let us out for the First Graze of Spring.
Since it was our first time out of the goat pen in a while we were a bit scattered in our "grazing." We were just so very excited to be free!
Of course the male person's wood pile was very interesting to us.
We love bark.
The fiber is good for us.
So we erm, visited it.
To check out it's stability.
That's it!
We were quality control goats!
We would not want the publicist and the male person to use inferior wood, would we?
We would not!
The wood was closely inspected. CLOSELY!
Little Jim took this job very seriously.
It was his first time, erm working.
He climbed to the top.
He sniffed!
He leapt!
He munched!
He nibbled!
He was very thorough.
He is a good kid, that Jim.
He was not the only goat doing his/her job though.
Louise the goat did her best to test the wood pile too!
So much hard work by so many hard working goats.
I hope the publicist and the male person appreciate all of this!
What do you mean we got to have a snack?!
This is WORK people!
WORK.
Harumph!

AbbyDay - I Will Conquer the New Wood
It's AbbyDay - I now declare it the ONLY day of the week.
So there!
That new wood pile is MINE, all mine!
I let my kids have a taste but that was it.
I just knew that the male person brought it here for ME.
Who else?
A nice wood pile is good for so many things.
Of course it is good for eating.
We goats need our fiber just like you humans.
But it is especially good for cleaning and sharpening a goat's horns.
What? You didn't know that?
Silly humans!
It feels really good.
Aaaaaaaah.
Nothing like dual purpose locations...
Food
and spa!
Have a happy AbbyDay.
I know I will.

More Gifts from Friends of the Male Person
The publicist and male person have the best friends!
Why?
Because one of them gave the male person a big pile of WOOD!
You know how much we goats LOVE to munch on bark.
There is bark on WOOD!
Yum!
Thelma and Louise were especially excited about this new source of fiber.
There really is nothing quite like the taste of fresh cut wood.
Louise really got into the pile to munch the yummiest bits of bark.
She is growing up to be a very smart goat.
Being twins they really do tend to stick together.
Synchronized eating all the way!

Buster Brown: Learning New Things or CopyGoat?
Buster Brown is still a young buck.
He has lots and lots to learn.
He was over by the wood pile and he started to butt the branches.
Abbygoat took offense.
She started maaaaaing far and wide that Buster Brown was a COPYGOAT!
Just because he was butting the wood as she had done.
(If you want MY opinion he looks a whole lot cuter than Abby when he butts the wood.)
The rest of us told her to chill.
That Buster Brown was just learning a new goat skill.
She should be proud that he watched her for her technique.
Just look at the little guy.
He is really trying to move that big branch!
Silly Buster Brown - you are still a kid!
Abby was not maaaallified.
All she had to say was, "Pffffft!"
Buster Brown went right on butting the wood pile.
He did not care.
He had wood to butt.
And munch.
Mmmmm, wood.
