It's AbbyDay, the best day of the week. I think this blog should be The Maaaa of Abby.
What do you think?
After I am milked I leave the barn and I go where I want.
I do not do what the publicist says.
I am AbbyGoat!
I go to munch on some bark.
I like bark.
Why should I NOT nibble on bark?
It just tastes so very, very good.
Mmmm, fiber.
Do you like some bark for your breakfast?
My kid Ricky the goat looks a bit jealous, doesn't he?
I think he would like to join me.
But HE listened to the publicist and he is IN his pen.
Oh well, Ricky!
That is what you get for being a GOOD goat.
Bwamaaaaahahahaha.
I am not a nice nanny, am I?
What publicist?
Are you yammering at me?
I don't care.
I want to eat bark.
Go away!
Leave me to my breakfast in peace.
Sheesh!
It's bad enough I have to have the kid watching.
See you all next week.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
I'll be eating bark.

Mmmm, Bark
I am one lucky goat!
I know I maaaaa that quite frequently but it is true.
I would not lie!
You all know that the male person brought a lot of tasty wood to the Farm.
We have been enjoying the delicious bark.
Especially ME!
If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE
No other goat bothered me.
I was left to my own nibbles.
It was so very nice.
Could you tell how much I was enjoying my snack?
That male person is soooooo good to us.
We really shouldn't run away from him like we do, should we?

Pricilla Enjoys a Bit of Bark
Our West coast friend Spitty, did not believe that we goats really liked to eat bark.
So I wanted to assure him that it was one of our favorite things to munch.
While I did pick up a bit more than I could chew at first, I did finish strong.
If you cannot see the movie you can view it on YouTube HERE
I hope you liked watching me munch my bark.
I do enjoy it.
Everygoat needs some fiber now and then!

We ESCAPED!
We did.
We were bad goats.
But we were tired of just being in our goat pen.
We wanted some ADVENTURE.
We wanted some FIBER.
We headed for the wood pile!
Mmmmm, bark.
We loves us some bark.
Especially those of us with kids on the way.
Even Louise wanted some yummy wood.
There are no dumb goats to be found on this Farm!
Thelma is practicing to have super fast lips just like her nanny!
Where am I, you ask?
Well, do you see the chicken house behind Louise?
The chicken house that has fallen down into a crumbled heap?
I am no dumb goat!
I am behind that chicken house looking for any GRAIN that might have fallen out.
Bwamahahahaha!
GRAIN?
That is better than bark.
Uh-oh! I had better watch out.
AbbyGoat is ON THE WAY!
PS - no chickens were hurt in the big collapse. The male person knew it was going to happen so he moved all the chickens in that house to the big chicken house in our pen.
The VERY NEXT DAY the chicken house went BOOM!

We Work HARD!
As Abby mentioned in her AbbyDay post the publicist let us out for the First Graze of Spring.
Since it was our first time out of the goat pen in a while we were a bit scattered in our "grazing." We were just so very excited to be free!
Of course the male person's wood pile was very interesting to us.
We love bark.
The fiber is good for us.
So we erm, visited it.
To check out it's stability.
That's it!
We were quality control goats!
We would not want the publicist and the male person to use inferior wood, would we?
We would not!
The wood was closely inspected. CLOSELY!
Little Jim took this job very seriously.
It was his first time, erm working.
He climbed to the top.
He sniffed!
He leapt!
He munched!
He nibbled!
He was very thorough.
He is a good kid, that Jim.
He was not the only goat doing his/her job though.
Louise the goat did her best to test the wood pile too!
So much hard work by so many hard working goats.
I hope the publicist and the male person appreciate all of this!
What do you mean we got to have a snack?!
This is WORK people!
WORK.
Harumph!
