Nom, Nom, NOM!

You will recall that the male person and the publicist provided us with the goat snack of all goat snacks! We truly are Happy - not to mention lucky - Goats!

I will tell you that when we saw ALL that pine for the munching we went a little crazy.

It was like being in our own little personal forest!
Right on our Farm!
How cool is that?
Very cool we maaaa.

There are pine needles to munch.

And bark to nibble.

It's nomming with Olympic potential!
Synchronized Tree Trimming anyone?
With a view!
I think they will take the Gold!

Little Flash was living up to his name as he flitted from here to there.
He had some fun!

I am still AMAZED at how big the goat tree-t is!

It will give us lots of good munching.

What do you mean it is not going to stay here for us to eat?!
The male person is going to do WHAT with my tree-t?!

Oh noes!
I had better eat fast!

Talk About a Goat Snack!

You know I tell you on a regular basis how the publicist spoils us.
Well she has gone above and beyond!
She has given us a WHOLE TREE!

Just look at how big it is!
Don't I look surprised?
Isn't she just the best?!

A man came and cut it down for us.

He is a friend of the male person.
He did a very good job and now we have lots to munch.

Mmmmm, pine.
One of my favorite snacks!
You will see more about this in the coming days.
Buuuuurp!
Oh, excuse me.

You can see a movie of the tree falling on the publicist's blog HERE

The publicist wanted me to maaaa a thank you from her for all of the birthday wishes yesterday. They made her smile.

Just WHERE Did Luke Go?

I am sure you are all dying from the suspense since I left you hanging on Saturday.  I told you that Luke was heading up the driveway - where was he going?

That little devil! He was going to go off the Farm!

He started to go across the street to visit the horses. You know how we all like to go visiting now and then.

But the publicist ran after him and got him back onto the Farm where he went over to nibble on the pine trees.

Ooooh, look at that cute little goat! I wish I could run right over there and.....this is a family blog, I will behave.

He then gave his head a good scratching. Those limbs are very good head scratchers.

And he headed back to his pen.

What an adventure for my little studmuffin. He had a great time out exploring.

The Sweet Taste (?) of Pine

As I mentioned before (and given how the publicist keeps messing with my schedule) we goats were given a yummy, yummy New Years treat. It is going to be Valentine's Day before I get to show you these photos!

Mallory loves pine. She went right over and gave it a good sniff. It has a lovely bouquet you know.

Matthew just dove right in and started munching. He is no fool! He knows a good snack when he sees one.

Now that I am pregnant the publicist is treating me extra specially. It's like I had room service! She brought my pine right to my goathouse so I didn't have to go out into the cold. Isn't she nice?

But then Mallory had to come and try and snitch my pine!

The publicist shooed her away and she went and got a drink of water. Silly Mallory!

Of course Abby had some pine too but she will want to tell you all about it on AbbyDay. You know she doesn't like to share the spotlight.

Oooh, rumor has it that the memory card for the video camera will be arriving on Friday. The publicist said something about the slowest shipping she has ever encountered. I don't really understand that but it will be fun to star in movies! I just hope Abby doesn't steal all the scenes.

Tomorrow: AbbyDay

The Sweet Taste of Pine

If you will recall from last Friday's AbbyDay the publicist brought us a nice treat of some pine tree branches. Mmmm, they were tasty. I haven't had a chance to tell you about them until now. It's been so busy around the Farm that the pine tree story fell by the wayside a bit. But the memory of that delicious pine still lingers.

The branches were freshly cut and were bright green.

Mallory and I both enjoyed a nice munch.

And of course Blue Guy had to get in on the act. He never misses a snack!

Jillian did her fair share of nibbling.

The kids were all still here then; don't they look cute all in a row eating their pine?

I hope you enjoyed the pictures of our pine eating frenzy as much as we enjoyed eating it.

Tomorrow:  The girls get frisky

Goats DO Love Pine Trees

As the spokesgoat for Happy Goats Soap I do have to do some work. Today my work is actually a pleasure. We offer a lovely soap called Goats Love to Eat Pine Trees Soap and my publicist thought it would be a good idea to prove this. A very generous person over at the Forest Service office gifted us with their personal Christmas tree - yum! Our male person chopped it up into four sections and we all got to share in the munching - yum! Then the Forest Service gave us its office Christmas tree. How exciting - even more yummy green pine tree to eat. Yum! This time of year with all of the tasty weeds covered by snow it is nice to get something green.

I have been enjoying my pine tree even though I have to share it with Abigail. I also use the trunk of the tree to scratch my head. I guess this spokesgoat thing really isn't that hard after all, is it?

So why not head over to Happy Goats Soap and check out ALL of the rich, beautiful soaps available. I wouldn't be a good spokesgoat if I didn't encourage you to do that, now would I? The soaps make a good, fluffy lather and leave your skin feeling moisturized, not dry. You can read here what our customers have had to say.
