AbbyDay - AbbyGoat Inspects the Hay Pile

It's AbbyDay, the best day of the week. I'm AbbyGoat the best goat in the World writing from the best Farm anywhere. Because I, AbbyGoat live on it.

Pricilla has reported that we now have a new hay pile.
It was about time.
I was getting ready to butt the heck out of maaa to the publicist about the hay situation.
Her explanations about all the tasty weeks and yummy grasses to eat in the summer just wasn't cutting it.
We goats want our hay!

So now we finally have it.
Of course, I AbbyGoat had to inspect it to make sure it was good enough for me all of us here on the Farm.
And so I did.

If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE

Did you see my tail going so fast it almost disappeared?
Did you see Rudy's tail going almost as fast?

We APPROVE of the hay!

What a Wonderful Sight

It was early in the morning.

What is that?
What do I see?

What does Luke the goat see?

The HayMan Cometh!
Which was really good because do you see the hay pile?
You don't?
Do you know why you don't see the hay pile?

BECAUSE THERE IS NO HAY PILE!

The publicist used it all up the day before the HayMan got here.
She let us run out of hay!
Can you imagine such a thing?

But the HayMan brought his little machine and he piled the hay up really high for us.

He piled and piled and piled and piled.

Until there was no room to pile any more.
Five tons of hay!
We are piggie goats!

Of course it was inspected.

And then there was the complete and total unadulterated joy of NEW HAY!
Yay for hay!

Hey Male Person - I Think We Might Have a Problem Here!

Look at my face....

Do I not look a bit concerned?
Can you see that I am bit upset?
Well I am!
It's true!
I would not lie.

I need to maaaaa at the male person.
And FAST.
Why you ask?

Look!
Look at the state of the hay pile!
It's getting low.
He had better do something about it.

I know we have lots of tasty green grass and yummy weeds to eat this time of year.
More than a goat could want.

I run from here to there to partake of all of the bounty.
I am a lucky goat.
We are ALL lucky goats.

But we also need hay!
We have hay in the barn at night.
And it tastes so yummy.
So I have put the male person on notice.

And I am keeping watch for the hay truck.
I wonder if it will come soon?
What do you think?
Do you think the male person will let me starve?

Ask and Ye Shall Receive

I wrote previously about those crazy kids playing in the hay pile.
Everyone liked the photos but I was asked for a movie of the mayhems.
So being a very efficient SpokesGoat I now give you what you want - Mayhems in the Hay Pile, a Happy Goats movie!

Enjoy!

If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE

Aren't those kids something?
I wish I had one third of their energy!
And this was at the END of the day.

Sheesh! I'm tired just from watching them.

Silliness in the Hay Pile

The kids have discovered the hay pile.
Oh boy are they something else when they get to hopping and jumping in it!

Kids here! Kids there!

Kids everywhere!

Hopping kids.

Jumping kids.

Running kids.

Leaping kids.
Those kids were just in constant motion.
I got tired just watching them.

Wouldn't you?
I am going to go lie down in the barn now.
Send someone in to wake me up in a bit.
I am an old goat.

Oooooh, Bad Goats!

It seems I hear the publicist saying, "BAD GOATS!" an awful lot around here lately.
Not that she would ever have cause to say it to ME!
I am hardly ever never a bad goat.
In fact, I am downright angelic.

Why am I hearing hysterical laughter?

Never mind.

Today's post is about REALLY bad goats.
Just look:

I was shocked too!
You never see ME in the hay pile.

Erm.
THAT PICTURE IS PHOTOSHOPPED!

Back to my tale....
That Louise does not control her kids!
Especially that little Clarence.
He was down.

He was up.

He was a little jumping bean of a kid!
Doesn't he look like trouble's a brewin'?

Just look at how floofed his fur is!
He soon started chasing his brother around.

Louise KNEW she was in trouble.

Look at her face!
She kept peering around the corner every time the publicist yelled.

Not that she moved away from the hay pile or anything! Oh no!

She and those hoppy kids of hers just stayed there and munched.

The publicist soon corralled them all and got them back in the barn.
Where those boys were STILL climbing.

Silly kids!

I am NOT an Old Goat!

I get to star in a movie today and I am very excited!
Wait 'til you see.
I show that I am not such an old goat after all.

If you cannot see the movie you can view it on YouTube HERE

Did you see how quickly I moved?
Did you see my big leap?

I still have it!

Did you hear my studmuffin calling for me in the background?
I REALLY still have it!

So despite what the publicist might say I am NOT an old goat!

Bad Goats, Bad Goats! Whatchagonnado?!

I continue with a theme today my readers.
You remember that on AbbyDay we sang about Bad Does, Bad Does.
Well today it's Bad Goats, Bad Goats in general.
(Bad Flash in specific)

We all know that we are not allowed in the hay pile.

Uh - oh!
Bad goats, bad goats.
Whatcha gonna do?

It does look like Louise is maaaaing to the little kid.

He does seem to be listening!
What?! Me?!
A baaaaaad goat!

Not MEEEEEE!
I am not baaaad he seems to be maaaaing.

Bad goats, bad goats
Whatcha gonna do?

Well given his name I would say that he is going to be gone......

In a FLASH!
Bad goats, bad goats.
Whatcha gonna do?

AbbyDay - I Say Where I Should Be

It's AbbyDay and it's about time! I have been shuffled around far too much lately and I don't like it! AbbyDay should happen NO MATTER WHAT!

Pfffft!

So to show the publicist just who is in charge around here I went into the hay pile no matter what she said about the rules.

Talk to THIS lady!

Do you think I care what she is yammering at me!
NO.I.DON'T!

All I care about is ME.
And eating that yummy hay.
Pfffft to the publicist!
PFFFFFFFFFTTTTTT!

Uh-oh!
She is making real threats now.
She is talking about NO GRAIN!

I'd better high tail it!

Run, run, run.
NOTHING is worth giving up GRAIN!
The publicist is a pain in my tuches*

*You didn't know I was a multilingual goat did you

AbbyDay - I am no Baaaaaad Goat!

It's AbbyDay the best day of the week. And it's a new month. How great is that?

The publicist says I am a baaaaaaad goat.
Pffffft!
That is what I say to the publicist.

Why is she spreading these rumors about me?
Because of this...

OK, OK, I WAS in the hay pile.
(so was Sarah)
But the hay is for us goats to eat, right?

I was eating the hay, right?
So why is it wrong for me to eat the hay that is for us goat to eat?

SEE!

The publicist does not agree with my perfect goat logic. I maaaaed to Sarah and she agreed with me. (As she should, I AM AbbyGoat after all.)

Will that woman never stop yelling?
Sheesh!
You would think I was going to eat the entire hay pile!

Hmmmmm.

OK, OK. I'm going!
But somegoat is still not listening.....

Uh-oh!

The Snow is EATING Our Hay

Are you as shocked as I am?
Unlike Abby I decided to venture out of the barn to make sure things were A-OK.

It was a good thing I did because this is what I found...

The snow, EATING OUR HAY!
How can the publicist allow this?
How can the male person let this happen?
This is OUR hay, not the snow's!

I stamped my hooves and told them they had better do something about it.
Just look at all that snow!

Then I got worried.
If the snow was eating the hay...

What else might it eat?

I ran back in the barn before it could eat ME!
