"The Grass is Always Greener...."

The publicist does not understand us.
She let us go grazing up by the road.
When she does this she makes sure to watch us very carefully so we don't try and go visit the horses across the street.

What she doesn't understand is our trying to answer the QUESTION
What QUESTION you ask?
The very FAMOUS QUESTION - Is the Grass Greener on the Other Side of the Fence?

We like to try and answer this QUESTION.
Bernadette maaas, "is that grass greener?"

Thelma maaas, "is that grass greener?"
If not the grass, the weeds anyway!

Louise maaas, "is that grass greener?"
Is that you Louise?

Louise and Bernadette maaa, "is this grass greener?"

They all maaaa in response, "YES!"
Otherwise why would we bother to stretch!

I guess that answers the QUESTION!

AbbyDay - I am More than Just a Pretty Face

It's AbbyDay - the best day of the week. DON'T YOU FORGET IT. I have horns and I know how to use them.

I am sure that most of you out there think I am just another pretty face around this Farm.

While it is true that I am quite something to look at I am so much more!
You already know that I produce the best looking kids - no discussion needed there.

I am also a good watchgoat.
I make sure that EVERYGOAT stays in line.
See how intently I gaze?

I am the BEST weed eater on the Farm.
You DARE to question that?!

As I graze through weeds disappear into my four stomachs!
Which means I am also an excellent producer of fertilizer for the male person's garden.
I will not go into that in too much detail.

But the most important thing I have done is to prove a very important fact.
I, AbbyGoat have proven that the grass is...

INDEED GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE!
I am a WONDERGOAT!

Imaginings

Little Louise the goat is the smallest goat on the Farm.
Her nanny protects her as best she can but sometimes being the smallest goat is a tough thing.
So little Louise likes to imagine what it will be like when she is a big goat. With big horns.

I don't blame her.
We were all kids once, looking to be all grown up.

So Louise looks to the outside world. The world beyond her pen and wonders - what is out there for me? What will I be like when I grow up?

When I am a big goat will I have kids of my own?
Will I be a good nanny?

Will I find a nice buck to love?
Will I stay on this very nice Happy Goats Farm?

If I stretch just a little bit further will I reach that grass that is so obviously greener on the other side of the fence?

And THAT as we all know is the most important question of all....
