Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award

I woke up this morning to exciting news from my publicist. She told me that my wonderful soap had been on the FRONT PAGE of etsy. Now that is just wonderful. It means that so many more people got to see my rich, goat's milk soap. So of course this means it is time again to bestow The Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award. Ta da!

The list was created by DalMare who makes beautiful crystal jewelry. In fact she is having a President's Day sale in her shop right now. Maybe I will get my ears pierced and treat myself to these. I think I would look good in purple, don't you? And I noticed that she comes from the Jersey Shore! That is where my publicist moved from before she came to Montana. So I thank DalMare for adding my Sea Urchin Soap to her beautiful list.

I also found my Shaving Soap to be in another lovely list from Strandsoflight. Her shop tag says "mindfully made to be playfully worn." I like that. I do everything playfully. That is the life of a goat! I like these but I fear Abigail might think they were real flowers and eat them right off of my ears!

I thank both of these ladies for creating such beauty and including my soap in it. I hope they enjoy their award.

The Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award

Hooray! I am so excited. Again. I think people are getting excited about the Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award. Our publicist found our soap in two treasuries last night so it is my great honor to bestow the award on:

MemoriestoYou for this list full of soapy treasures. She featured our Maaaaaaassage Bar Scented with Cherry Cordial amonst all the other lovely bath and beauty products. Her shop is full of pretty memory boards in all different shapes and sizes. I think this one would look good in my goat house. What do you think?

The second list was made by that Treasury Queen of the Big Sky Montana Team, Judy Elizabeth of JudyElizabethsFlock. She makes the most adorable soft sculpture lambs. She picked the Herd of Goats listing which shows an adorable photo of Michael and Sarah when they were kids. I think Judy Elizabeth is trying to wallpaper her house with her awards.

Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award

Oh boy! Time to present The Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award. This is what makes my job as spokesgoat so much fun; I love giving out this award.

I learned of a sea urchin themed treasury curated by mmarielle She creates beautiful bottles, urns and amphorae but I think my favorite is this. The problem is, I would probably eat any flowers placed in it! So please visit the list and check out the beautiful shop. You will love what you see.

My Abby and Nora soap in the Strawberry Heaven scent is in a colorful list from the Treasury Queen of the Big Sky Montana Team - Judy Elizabeth from JudyElizabethsFlock. I am sure you remember reading about her adorable soft sculpture lambs in this post. Her shop is chock full of adorable lambs.

A big THANK YOU to both curators for thinking of me when they made their lists.

ANOTHER Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award

Wow! I think it is working; our Award is so coveted new Treasuries are popping up! This new one is by the uber-talented Natalie at Humblebea she has been gracious enough to include us in one of her Treasuries in the past but this was before we instituted the Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award. So technically this is her first one. She has included our A Pet for the Goats Soap in her beautiful list.

Natalie is the artist behind the papier mache sculptures in our soap listings but she also makes so many other beautiful items like these; I think they would look wonderful in my fur.

So we thank you Natalie and hope you like your award!

Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award

I was browsing through the Treasury lists and found one created by Twinklefish that features our Sea Urchin Soap. It is a lovely list that features items from the sea. So of course this means (insert TA DA here) that I am awarding Twinklefish my Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award!

Her shop has a lovely assortment of jewelry items including this necklace that I think would look lovely on me. Well, if it could be extended, of course.

So thank you Twinklefish - we really appreciate it!

SpokesGoat Alert - Now to be Known as The Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award!

I was thinking about "SpokesGoat Alerts" and how boring that must sound so I have come up with a new idea. I have run this by my publicist and she thinks it is a marvelous idea! Perhaps you recall from an earlier post my comment on how much I enjoy a good scratch of my tail. I thought it would be a good idea to rename the SpokesGoat Alerts and call them The Coveted Scratch of the Tail Awards. I don't know about you but nothing feels better to me than a scratch on the tail...

So here we grant the first two Coveted Scratch of the Tail Awards: they are presented for two beautiful Treasuries on etsy featuring Happy Goats Soaps.

The first list was curated by JunkyardGypsy and features our Rich Goat's Milk Shaving Soap Scented with Dragon's Blood - don't be scared it's a sexy scent with a cinnamon overtone. Her shop is full of recycled items and there is even an barnyard friend for me!

The second curation by TamaraDesigns shows our Sea Urchin Soap Scented with Lavender. (Aren't the new pictures great?) I took a look through Tamara's shop and she makes beautifully detailed paper cutouts. I love this one, don't you?

I thank both of these lovely creators and bestow upon them the Coveted Scratch of the Tail Award!

Spokesgoat Alert

We start today with another Spokesgoat Alert. I do want to thank all of these wonderful people for featuring our soaps in their beautiful Treasuries. I as a humble spokesgoat am very honored.

The very talented TwoLeftHands curated a glorious Treasury and featured our I Heart My Goats Soap. Her shop is full of the most adorable dolls I have ever seen. But I will be honest, this is one creature I NEVER want to see up close! What I do wish for all of you is for Cupid to grant all of your Valentine's Dreams!

Spokesgoat Alert

One of our newest soaps, The I Heart My Goats Soap is listed in a beautiful Treasury created by the very talented Uyen from AsianExpressions She is very talented and if she would only make goat kimonos I would shop like a goat with a $10,000.00 credit limit. But since she doesn't I will have to satisfy myself with just looking at her beautiful products. She also lives in Montana, just like me.

The I Heart My Goats Soap would make a perfect gift for your Valentine! You can see that my publicist/udder massage specialist has taken a new style of photo including an adorable papier mache ME! A truly talented artist by the name of Natalie created this beautiful sculpture. Her work can be found in her shop, Humblebea. She also makes beautiful kid's clothing. Oops, maybe I should say children's clothing....
WOW! Another Treasury listing! HeathensHearth has listed my Sea Urchin Soap in her beautiful curation. In the relaxing lavender scent. There are a beautiful collection of bath and body products in her shop. If I used body frosting I know where I would find it.

Spokesgoat Alert!

Wow! It's a busy day on the spokesgoat front! Another lovely Treasury featuring my Goats Love to Eat Pine Cones Soap in the intoxicating Spicy Nights Fragrance! What are the odds?! This one was created by the generous Annette from DragonHouseofYuen to support The Buckeye Rabbit House Rescue . She has donated one of her beautiful rabbit bags to the raffle. My publicist has sent off a check to the cause. Cute, furry bunnies should have good homes, don't you think? So here is another beautiful Treasury for you to visit. What a great day in spokesgoatdom.

Spokegoat Alert!

Today I will start with my new series called SPOKESGOAT ALERT. I will post short notations anytime my beautiful soaps appear in Treasuries or other blogs. This way I keep my publicist/udder massage specialist happy and can give full attention to these beautiful lists.

A lovely Treasury is listed on etsy today that was created by the owner of an interesting shop called ShavingKitSupplies . It shows my beautiful Goats Like To Eat Pine Cones Soap in the intoxicating Spicy Nights fragrance. I thank ShavingKitSupplies and must admit I found her shop to be a revelation. I suggest you all check it out for yourselves.

The Glory of Being a Goat

Now I know that most of you reading this will never know the glory of being a goat and I am sorry for you. My life is just wonderful. My publicist/udder massage therapist takes wonderful care of me and I get to browse in a most scenic corner of the world. My only complaint is Abigail and since I gave birth to her I suppose I am mostly to blame....

But today I am going to discuss Happy things. It is Saturday and I am taking time off from my spokesgoat duties. A doe needs a break now and then, don't you agree? The first topic I want to bring to your attention is a wonderful fundraiser for another worthy species; the bunny! My furry friends from across the pond Arabella and Wesley (you can read all about them here ) are donating a beautifully crafted rabbit bag from their publicist to a wonderful organization - The Buckeye House Rabbit Organization to raise money for abandoned bunnies. A beautiful treasury has been created to showcase bunnies and other cuddly creatures and draw attention to this worthy cause. So why not check out the raffle and the Treasury?

And the MOST EXCITING NEWS since I have become spokesgoat for Happy Goats Soap
a wonderful etsy seller by the name of Lambert curated a Treasury and NAMED IT AFTER ME!!! How exciting is that? I cannot tell you how thrilled I was when I was told. I immediately did my famous goat dance of joy. Sometimes being a spokesgoat is just too much fun. I thank you Lambert and I must say I do like the Two Hens painting. When I next redecorate my goat house I will surely keep you in mind!
