Harley and Nick Play Together

The publicist has decided the new goats are Nick and Nora.
She is a fan of old movies.
And of her friend Nora.

I was watching the little ones play.
From the other side of the gate.
The publicist one let me in because Thelma was butting me.
The publicist did not think this was good for me.
She was probably right.
But I do wish I could be in there with the little ones.

Harley is actually a little bit smaller than Nick even though he is a week older!
He is very intrigued by these new little playmates

Louise made sure that Harley didn't play too rough.
He's been around a bit longer and his little legs are stronger.

Erm.
Harley! What are you doing?
Nick is not a jungle gym.

Little Nora isn't as active as Nick.
Harley  did try to get her to play too.
But she was napping.

Quite soundly.
HALLLLOOOOOOOOOO!

Are you alive there Nora?
Sheesh Thelma - she just wants to nap a bit!

I think it's going to be fun around here this winter.
What do you think?

Thelma Wants to Know if She is a Mountain or a Goat

I can see where she might be a bit confused.
We were all out enjoying the sunshine.
We hadn't had sunshine for a while.
Thelma thought she would have a quiet sit. A quiet cud chew. A nice bask.

That was not to be the case.
She found herself climbed.

I am not sure she was too happy about this but she is a good nanny and she let her kids play.
At one point little Keith was even noshing on her horn!
Silly Keith - there is no nutrition in nanny horn!

Mick finally gave up and went on to other adventures.
It took Keith a bit longer.

But soon Thelma the GOAT was basking alone in the sun, chewing her cud in peace.

I hope you have just as nice a day.

Bruce and Clarence Sing!

Thelma is about to dance the rhumba for the first time and Bruce and Clarence think they should be her dance partners.
Even though they don't have the correct dancing shoes.
Silly kids!
Here they sing the Toughbuck Chorus to try and get her attention.

If you cannot see the movie you can view it on YouTube HERE

She was not impressed and they prove at the end that they are not so tough after all.
They are still just kids.

I hope you liked their silly little song.

Be sure to stop by tomorrow for a very special Sunday post as the Happy Goats Blog for Peace.
