The publicist has been letting us graze when it's warm and sunny.
There is nothing I like more than a nice graze.
But she keeps trying to tell me where to go.
ME!
ABBYGOAT!
As if!

For example - I decided to go visit the male person while he was drinking his coffee.
It just happened to be up on the deck.

She seems to think I do not belong on the deck.
As if!
He did not seem to mind.

In fact he gave me quite the nice petting.
There is nothing like a good scratch between the horns!

I don't know what's wrong with the publicist.
Maybe she's jealous.
Maybe the male person doesn't scratch her between her horns.

Whatever!
I'm off to explore.

AbbyDay - I Spy

It's AbbyDay, the best day of the week. RIGHT?!

Since I am Queen of the Farm it is only right that I should have the best view.
Therefore I have decided that I shall reside on the new deck.
From the lofty heights I will look down upon my minions.

I will bring a Wether in Waiting to wait on me hoof and hoof.
All of my wishes shall be granted as soon as I wish them

My herd shall bow down to my greatness.
Or graze, one or the other.

I am a great Queen and I reign supreme!

Farm Cat Friday - Farm Cats on Patrol

The Farm cats are most in favor of the new deck.
In fact I see them up there regularly patrolling.
I think they see themselves as some sort of ProtectorCats.

Silly creatures.

Almost every time I look up there this is what I see...

Cats on the railing.

Cats trying to GET on the railing.
Sherpa really needs to learn to share.
There is plenty of railing to go around!

The go one way and then the other, all the way around the yurt.
What do they think they are doing?
I don't understand!

Then they will stop and stare.
Stare at what?

I will never understand Farm cats!

AbbyDay - I Give You a Tour of the New Deck

It's AbbyDay, the best day of the week. What else could you possibly think?

I know you have all seen photos of the new deck on the yurt.
I am going to give you a tour of it today.
Why?
Because I am the first goat to have gone all the way around it.
In fact, I am the only big goat to have gone up their.
The kids have gone up but Thelma, Louise and silly Pricilly are afraid avoiding it right now.

The publicist says I am NOT allowed to move up there.
I think this is wrong.

Who is Knocking?

The publicist and male person have a new deck on their yurt.
Guess who was the first goat to go and check it out?
Just guess...

Of course!

She even brought the kids.
Why not?
The publicist said she was in working and she heard the "pitter patter of little hooves."
Now you didn't hear it from me, but somegoat's hooves don't look so LITTLE to me.
Bwamaaaaahahahaha!

What was next, pondered the publicist.
She should not have pondered.

The publicist then said, "do I hear someone knocking?"

Erm, not someONE.

So AbbyGoat, what do you think?
Want to come in?
I don't think so!
"Why don't you wait for me out there", said the publicist.

And she did.
The publicist then sat and watched the view while petting Abby on the head.
Not a bad deal if you ask me.

I have heard a rumor!
A rumor that on AbbyDay there will be a video tour of the new deck led by AbbyGoat.
What do you think of that?!

Farm Cat Friday - Deck Inspections Continue

You will recall that Sherpa the Farm cat is quite the InspectorCat. He has been checking up on the contractor building the new deck on the yurt. Well it appears he has hired an assistantcat.

Who you ask?
Why Pumpkin the Farm cat!
The publicist found this quite amusing as Pumpkin barely stirs himself for anything.
Not even treats!
But there he was....

...out with Sherpa checking out the new deck.

Sherpa was most assuredly in charge of this inspection.
He seemed to be giving Pumpkin orders!
Which Pumpkin studiously ignored.

He went his own way and checked out the edge.
Hmmm, what could be down there?
I have no clue. I just eat the grass around here.

But it must have been pretty interesting because Pumpkin JUMPED!
And had an asthma attack.
Poor Pumpkin.
He has them all the time.

Sherpa soon joined him and they went off to explore the Farm.
Those Farm cats are crazy!
