Forget Your Troubles Come On Get Happy

That is what Luke the Goat seems to be maaaing with his joyful exit from the barn:

Forget your troubles come on get happy
I'm gonna dance all your cares away
Shout maaaa-alujah come on get happy
Get ready for some goat joy today!

The sun is shinin' come on get happy
Luke the goat is waitin' to make you smile
Shout maaaa-alujah come on get happy
He's leaping and hoppin' for about a mile!*

Rudy IS a Happy Goat

Every day when the publicist lets Rudy out of the barn he gets very excited to be outside.
That or he wants he morning grain.
One or the other.

Whatever the reason he always dances the Goat Dance of Joy on his way to his pen.
He is truly a Happy Goat.

Oh to be young!
Oh to be able to dance like that again!
It's fun to watch!

Do you do the dance of joy?

Go Luke Go!

We were all grazing right next to his pen and the Luke the goat was very happy.
He was almost like a kid!
Just watch!

I think Luke likes having so many bucklings around - well wethers anyway.
He was one Happy Goat, wasn't he?

It was a bit windy that day...you can hear it on the movie!

Luke is One Happy Goat

These days my studmuffin is an easygoing goat.
He can't wait to leave the barn and get into his pen to eat his grain.
In fact most mornings he springs from his pen doing the Goat Dance of Joy!

If you cannot see the movie you can view it on YouTube HERE

Is he not one of the happiest goats you have ever seen?
It makes the publicist happy to see him like this.
He is like a little puppy dog.

Everyone should take a little time to do the Goat Dance of Joy!
It is fun!

One Happy Goat and One Not So Happy Goat

It is STILL snowing.
Harumph!
And the publicist tells me that it is going to snow AGAIN tonight and we are getting something called an "Arctic blast" and the temperatures are going down to below zero.

BRRRRRRRR!

You will recall that I was looking for Spring yesterday.
I do not think that I am going to find it anytime soon.
My studmuffin, on the other hoof does not seem as annoyed as I seem to be.
Perhaps it is because he is not an old goat.

I do not think this weather is worth doing the goat dance of joy but I am not a buck.
THIS is my opinion

In case you could not see my opinion here is a close up

ps: The publicist feels the same way!

Perhaps I will use it as my new headshot. Perhaps not. I don't think the publicist would like that. But it is my opinion and I'm standing by it.
Who is pfffftttting with me?

Emily Dances

I am an old goat but that doesn't mean I don't remember what it was like to be a kid. I can think back to the days when I had no worries and all I had to do all day was run and play. It was long, long ago but having the new kids here reminds me of those fun days.

Especially little Emily. It has been so long since we have had a little doe on the Farm it is nice for me to have girl here.  She is just full of joy. She has discovered the fun of jumping on the goathouse as you know and she recently jumped all the way up on the spools! Go Emily!

The other day she was going the goat dance of joy all over the pen. It was a delight to see. She started on the little goathouse

and soon moved to the spools. They are taller and she can leap between them!

She danced to the back

She danced to the front

And then she leapt all around. Isn't she cute?

I think I could watch her dance all day long.

Tomorrow: Goatucation
