Can you believe such a thing?!
It's true!
I would not lie!
I think she is tired.
It is the ONLY explanation.
Why else would she forget to come get me to write my blog?
I think I will forgive her but if it ever happens again.....
It is very HOT here right now.
I know it is very hot all over the country right now too.
We goats are not doing much besides trying to stay out of the sun.
I like to lie in the cool dirt.
That way I can get a bath and sit at the same time.
I am no dummy!
Thelma sits, but kids always have a bit more energy no matter the weather.
I have seen those silly kids running. RUNNING!
In this heat.
Louise is due next month and she is resting a lot these days.
And we all smiled when we saw AbbyGoat share a special moment with Ricky.
I am sorry the publicist made me late with my post.
I will make sure IT NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN.

You don't think we goats can dance?
I thought you knew that already.
You know I have shown you the goat dance of joy.
So why not goat ballet?
You STILL do not believe me?
Well, watch!
Watch as the kids dance for their goat snack!
If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE
See?
I maaaaed you so!
Are they not good ballet dancers?
They learned that from their great grandnanny!
All of us here on the Farm wish a very Happy Birthday to our niece Sarah!

Little Goats, Big Antics
The publicist took this movie before little Rory left the Farm so you get to see him again!
She is sometimes bad about getting things on my blog in a timely manner.
Don't worry, I have given her a butt about this.
It should not happen again.
In this movie the twins and the triplets are just being kids.
If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE
Aren't they fun to watch?
I must admit they make me tired just seeing them run around and butting each other.
I wish I had half their energy.
It's tough being an old goat!

Everykid was Cap-rine Fighting
Everykid was Cap-rine fighting
Those goats were fast as lighting
In fact it was a little bit frightning
But they fought with four legged timing
They were funky caprine kids from funky caprine maaaaas
They were kicking them up and they were goat stomping them down
It's an ancient caprine art and everygoat knew his part
From a feint into a slip, and kicking from the hip
Everykid was Cap-rine fighting
Those goats were fast as lighting
In fact it was a little bit frightning
But they fought with four legged timing
There was funky RoryGoat and little Mick the goat
He said here comes teeny tiny Rudy - let's get it on
We took a bow, made a stand, started swinging with a hoof
The sudden motion made me skip, now we're into a brand new trick
Everykid was Cap-rine fighting
Those goats were fast as lighting
In fact it was a little bit frightning
But they fought with four legged timing*
*with all due respect to Carl Douglas
Obviously the little ones had their "battle" before Rory left the Farm.

Thelma Wants to Know if She is a Mountain or a Goat
I can see where she might be a bit confused.
We were all out enjoying the sunshine.
We hadn't had sunshine for a while.
Thelma thought she would have a quiet sit. A quiet cud chew. A nice bask.
That was not to be the case.
She found herself climbed.
I am not sure she was too happy about this but she is a good nanny and she let her kids play.
At one point little Keith was even noshing on her horn!
Silly Keith - there is no nutrition in nanny horn!
Mick finally gave up and went on to other adventures.
It took Keith a bit longer.
But soon Thelma the GOAT was basking alone in the sun, chewing her cud in peace.
I hope you have just as nice a day.

Silly Kids!
I'm FINALLY showing you the kids playing on the big log in the back yard.
The publicist kept letting other things get in the way of this funny movie.
I don't know what I'm going to do with her!
I hope you like it.
Those kids are something else!
If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE
Can you believe how much they run?
Can you believe how much they jump?
Can you believe how tired I am just looking at them?
I think I need a nap.
Yaaaaawwwn!
See you tomorrow.

Kiddie Jungle Gym
The kids have discovered the big tree in the back yard.
Oh boy did they have some fun!
They jumped on top of it.
They ran from one end....
...to the other end.
The leaped from one piece....
...to another piece.
They jumped up!
They jumped down!
They were KIDS!
ps: I will have a movie of their fun on Thursday!

Ask and Ye Shall Receive
I wrote previously about those crazy kids playing in the hay pile.
Everyone liked the photos but I was asked for a movie of the mayhems.
So being a very efficient SpokesGoat I now give you what you want - Mayhems in the Hay Pile, a Happy Goats movie!
Enjoy!
If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE
Aren't those kids something?
I wish I had one third of their energy!
And this was at the END of the day.
Sheesh! I'm tired just from watching them.

Silliness in the Hay Pile
The kids have discovered the hay pile.
Oh boy are they something else when they get to hopping and jumping in it!
Kids here! Kids there!
Kids everywhere!
Hopping kids.
Jumping kids.
Running kids.
Leaping kids.
Those kids were just in constant motion.
I got tired just watching them.
Wouldn't you?
I am going to go lie down in the barn now.
Send someone in to wake me up in a bit.
I am an old goat.

A Guardian in the Kid Pen?
We have been lucky to have several days of beautiful sunshine and above average temperatures. Very not normal for Montana in March and April.
The kids have been enjoying their time out with their nannies and spend a fair bit of time just chillaxin'.
They can feel nice and safe because they have a guardian on duty!
If you cannot see the movie you can view it on YouTube HERE
Who knew that Harry the Farm cat would be a kid guard?
I did not!
Did you?
We would like to wish a very happy birthday to our human cousins Luke and Matthew!

We Need Help Naming all of the Kids!
As you all know there are a LOT of new kids on the Farm.
The publicist is going crazy trying to figure out what to name them so she has decided to have a contest!
There will be a very exciting prize! We have a friend named Leah who paints goats.
She has painted ME!
It's true!
I would not lie about something like that.
You can see her beautiful work on her facebook page Goat Rodeo Fine Art.
This is a series she did of paintings of goats. Who do you see in there?
I told you!
ME!
She has also painted my studmuffin.
One lucky winner of the name the kids contest will win two notecards just like the ones you see with Luke; one has Luke on it and one has ME on it. They come with envelopes. If you want more you can order them directly from Leah! She will make them with any of the goats she has painted!
The other prize will be three of my rich soaps!
The publicist will pick the names she likes; the person who gives her the names for the triplets will win the soaps, for the twins the notecards!
Here are photos to remind you what they look like; first up Abby's triplets:
I have very cute great grandkids, don't I?
It's easy to enter and the contest will run for a week and then the publicist will announce the kids' new names. Just enter on the Rafflecopter. If you have any problems with it just let me know and I'll give it a butt.
** If more than one person enters the same names I will put the names in a hat and pick a winner so EVERYONE should enter!!!!!

The Last Adventures of the Twins on the Farm
We are all sad that the twins have left but as I said they have gone to a very nice Farm. They did have some fun adventures in their last week here and I want to share them with you this week as a way of saying good bye to them. So here goes with the first adventure:
Daddy Won't Mind
Timmy and Lew decided one day that their daddy, Luke the goat would not mind if they went in and had a visit in his goat pen.
So they snuck in through one of the small holes in his fence.
The first thing they did when they were in there was to investigate his food bowl.
And what did they do then?
They ate their daddy's grain!
Oh my!
The next thing they did was go over and investigate their daddy's hay pile.
They were really having quite the munch.
Little Lew was asking Little Timmy if he thought this was a good idea when....
Luke the goat arrived on the scene!
It was at this point that the boys decided they should leave their daddy to his hay pile
and they skidaddled.
Smart kids!

The Twins Have Discovered the Spools
Yes, it is true!
The twins have discovered all the fun that comes with playing on the spools.
It had to happen.
It was only a matter of time.
Don't they look like they are having fun?
They like to hop up there and butt at each other.
It's a good thing they are the same size!
I think if they played with a bigger goat someone would get hurt.
Little Timmy is sure dancing for joy!
I can't post much more right now we are having thunder!
I hate thunder and it's time for me to go to the barn.
The publicist is going to shut down the computer.
I will show you more photos later.
