The State of the Tree-t

You will recall that the male person cut the Christmaaa Tree in half so we could each have some tree-t.
We have been munching and crunching and enjoying our tree-t.
Look....

...it is quite eaten!
We have done a good job of stripping the needles but we still have work to do.

The other half looks just as naked.

We must have been hungry goats!
At this time of year anything other than hay tastes special.

Really, publicist!
Don't you have something different for us to munch?
We are all getting tired of hay, hay, hay and more hay.

Ok - you are right we do get grain.
But sometimes a goat wants something green.
Or something.....RED.
Got it?

Somegoat Has Discovered GRAIN

Somegoat has had his first taste of grain.

Somegoat gets very excited when he sees the grain and he jumps all over the publicist.
Somegoat has decided that grain is "all that."

He is so spoiled that the publicist will stop and feed him before she feeds ME!
Can you believe such a thing?!
I cannot.
I should be fed first, after all I am the GREATgrandnanny on this Farm!
Harumph!
Kids!

You should all go over and see the wonderful production of It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown(goat) on my friend Millie's blog. It has been VERY good and deserves and Oscar! It's in four parts and the first two have already been shown:

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3

You won't be disappointed!
The acting! The costumes!
The rock?

What is in the Back of the Male Person's Truck?

The male person took the publicist away from us today.
He does this every now and then.
But so far he has always brought her back.

Today when they came back we noted something in the back of his truck.
Matthew and Mallory were the first to sniff something in the air.

What could it be?!
Matthew thought he would get a closer sniff.

But then Abby came over to see what was in the air.

That did not deter Matthew, oh no!

Up he leapt!

He got a good look and sniff around up there

But Abby maaaaed and down he jumped!

Abby wanted to know what was in the truck too!

She leaned in

a bit further....
What was causing all of this goat fuss?

GRAIN!!!!!

What else?
The male person then stored it safely away

in the yurt.

He is very good to us.

And we are very glad he brought the publicist back too.

Today I am a ReviewGoat

Today is a very special day for me as I have a second job.
You will recall that the publicist thought that I didn't have enough to do since I was retired from being a milk goat.
She decided I should be a ReviewGoat as well as a SpokesGoat.

Initially I was not sure about this new job but now I am very happy about it.
You want to know why?

Because of this

I GOT GRAIN!
I love grain.
So I am going to review for you the Le Creuset Onion Soup Bowl from CSNStores.com
Now, I don't eat onion soup, I am a goat.
But I do eat grain.
Mmmmm, grain!

The publicist brought me grain in this beautiful red bowl.
It had a spiffy little handle so she could serve me like I should be served since I AM Head Goat around here.

I was truly enjoying my grain out of this bowl until.....
ABBY!

You had to figure Abby would find a way to horn in on MY treat!

It seems she found the Le Creuset bowl to be an excellent vessel for grain as well.

Then little Timmy tried to horn in on the act!
This is MY review!

It was like a three ring circus!

Although I must say that little Timmy did look cute eating the grain. I am so proud of my grandkid growing up so big and strong.

Then I got to finish as it should be!

In my opinion this is a very nice bowl but I would not recommend it for feeding goats. There is not enough volume to feed all of us. And we tend to be erm, piggish about our grain.

The publicist though, loves the bowl for soups which she and the male person eat often. She has two of them.

HEY! Why didn't I get TWO bowls of grain then?!

She said that the service from CSN was exceptional; the bowls came well packaged and very quickly. She is very happy.

I am also to tell you that she has a giveaway over on HER BLOG for a $60.00 Gift Certificate to CSNStores so you can go out and buy something you like. Maybe you can get new
grain bowls Le Creuset Onion Soup Bowls for yourself!

Be sure to invite me over if you do, OK?

You can find CSNStores on Twitter and on Facebook too!

Disclosure:  The publicist received a credit to go shopping to buy something for me to review. For doing the review I got to eat grain. The publicist got to shop. Neither one of us received any money. Any opinions you read are either the publicist's opinions or her interpretations of my Maaaaas.

A Blog Award for Us

Well, I am a happy goat! I found out that I have been given a blog award. This must mean I write a good story or something. It is called the Kreativ Blogger Award and it, of course, comes with rules. I need to list 7 things I love and I need to pass it on to 7 people. I have Audrey at Audrey's Country Crafts to thank for this honor. So here goes:

7 Things I like:

1. Apples

2. Blogging

3. Basking in the sun

4. Munching on pine trees

5. My publicist

6. Luke and Michael the goats

7. Grain

I pass this award on to:

All delightful blogs. The only thing wrong with them is that they are written by humans. There are just no other goat written blogs out there so these will have to do.
