Without Me Around Here NOTHING Would Get Done

I sure hope that male person appreciates all the hard work I do around here.
Me - AbbyGoat!
I work, work, work all the time.

Today I was out slaving away eating weeds.
Such hard work, eating weeds.
He did not plant the herb garden this year.
I do not know why.
Maybe he wanted to plant us a week garden,

I don't know.
I just know that I was an eating machine!

WATCH!

If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE

Am I a great weed eater or what?
Of course I am.
I am AbbyGoat!

I LOVE the Weeds the Male Person Grew for Us

The male person was so nice to grow all of those tasty weeds for us.
He is back in my good graces.

The publicist brought me a nice big pile to enjoy all by myself.
None of those other goats were there to steal them from me.

They are sooooooooo good.
I ate the WHOLE pile!
I did.
I would not lie.

But I do NOT grunt like a pig!
The publicist is lying.

She claims if you turn your volume way up you will hear me doing so. (There are no annoying roosters in this movie so it is safe to turn the volume to high.)

If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE

To her I maaaa, "harumph!"
So what if I like my weeds!
They are very tasty.

The publicist wants to apologize for not visiting your blogs lately. She hurt her leg and cannot sit at the computer for very long. In fact Saturday was the first day since my blog started that I did not have a post on a scheduled day. She starts physical therapy for her problem today and hopefully she will be better soon.

She will try as best she can to get to visit but she can only sit for about 15- 20 minutes at a time and she pays for even that. She has to sit on a big ball. It's very funny....heh.

That Male Person is A-OK

The male person has redeemed himself.
You will recall he tried to make us eat ORGANIC GRAIN!**
What was he thinking?
This put him in our very bad graces.

But he is now back to being a very GOOD male person.
What has he done to be so much in our favor again?
LOOK!

Do you see all of those glorious, delicious, tasty green weeds?
He grew a great big patch of them in his garden.
The spiky lettuce weed we love so very much.

He claims they just grew there themselves but I know better.
He did it for us because he know just how much we love those spiky lettuce weeds.
Isn't he the most wonderfullest male person EVER?

The publicist has been pulling them and bringing them to us in the mornings.

My studmuffin does the goat dance of joy when he sees her coming.
He knows he is in for a treat!

He eats his weeds with a smile on his handsome goat face.
Doesn't he look like the happiest weed-eating goat you have ever seen?

The girls all get some too. The publicist is sure to make several piles because some AbbyGoat goat does not like to share.

Yes YOU!
You are a piggie goat and you do not share.
You butt everygoat away.

Sheesh!
You are just doing that to prove me wrong.
Trust me, it wasn't friendly for much longer after the photo was taken.
Remember the duel over the grain bucket?

Even the chickens enjoyed the weeks that the male person planted.
They are feeding everyone on the Farm.

That male person is a GREAT GUY!

What about me you ask?
Didn't I get any of the delicious, male person grown snax?
Of course I did.
But the publicist says I have to wait to maaaa to you about my treat.

She CLAIMS I grunt like a pig when I eat my treats.
I find this hard to believe.
I am a ladygoat.

I would NEVER grunt like a pig.
I eat in a very calm and dignified manner.
BRAAAAAAAAAP!

Erm.
Well, you will have to wait until Saturday to see this supposed "evidence" and then you can decide for yourselves.

A Bounty

The recent weather has turned the yard into a paradise.
I am not sure the male person sees it that way but AbbyGoat does!

She is almost buried in delicious, tasty, yummy, magnificent grass and weeds.
Could it get any better?

The publicist says we had better get eating or the male person is going to cut them all down with his lawn mower! HOW COULD HE EVEN CONSIDER SUCH A THING?!

This is our food!
We will starve!
Oh, woe is us!

The publicist says I should chill there is plenty to go around even if he mows.
She says I really need to just calm down.

But look at AbbyGoat - do you want to be the one to tell her to calm down.
I'm not going to do it.
I don't mess with my kid.

YOU can do it.
I dare you!

AbbyDay - Mmmm, Munch, Munch, Munch, Burp, Munch

It's AbbyDay the best day of the week. Isn't it?
ISN'T IT?

I thought you'd agree.

It has been H.O.T. around these parts.
I have maaaaed this to you already.
All of our yummy green grass has turned brown and crunchy.
That does not mean it is not munchable though.
In fact, I took my kids out for a nice graze.

We went across the gully to eat all of the weeds that are growing in the lot next door.
Mmmm, weeds.

They are very crunchy. All three of us enjoyed eating them
The publicist is happy because we are helping to remove the weeds.

We are happy because we are getting to EAT the weeds.
It is mostly knapweed which is an invasive weed and not good to have around.
But I find it very nice to have in my stomachs.

In fact the publicist has been letting us go over there almost every day.
I think there are enough weeds to feed ALL of us for a long time.

Thank you publicist!
We appreciate the change of diet!

Free! Free! We Got to Run Free!

It has been a very long time since we goats were let out of our pen to run free.
This is because a certain goat who shall remain AbbyGoat nameless kept going out into the road. Therefore all of us were punished by having to stay in our pen.

Harumph!

But the other day the publicist and male person were working outside and the publicist let us run free!
Oh the joy!
Oh the weeds!

I felt like I had the whole world at my hooves.
There was just so much to munch!
It was hard to decide where to start.

The tasty green bits in the circle around the yurt were very nice. The dew and rain drips off of the roof and this area stays greener than the other areas.
Munch, munch, munch!

I founds some with flowers!
They always add an extra bit of flavor.

What?!
You don't believe me?

Well, you will just have to try them for yourselves!
Go ahead - take them!

Was I right, or was I right?
